Please read the contract form to your right. If you agree with the terms and conditions stated in this contract and have found a Dalmatian on our web site that you are interested in adopting, we'd like to hear from you as soon as possible.

To complete the adoption process, please call us at 972-250-DALS or send us an e-mail, so we can contact you and arrange for you to meet your new spotted friend.

The purpose of this contract is to state the terms and conditions between the Dalmatian Rescue of North Texas, Inc. (DRNT), P.O. Box  866081, Plano, TX  75023 and the Adopter. In exchange for a non-refundable adoption fee of $200, I agree with the following :

1) All of the information I have provided on the Adoption Application is true and complete.
2) I expressly understand and agree that although the DRNT believes this dog to be of sound temperament, able to hear, and basically healthy, it cannot guarantee any animal. DRNT, its volunteers, officers, and directors make no warranty of any kind, and in particular, do not warrant the health, temperament, or behavior of the dog and shall not be liable for any acts of the dog or any costs in connection with the care of the dog.
3) I agree that this animal is being adopted as a home companion and is therefore a house dog which will not be left out in the weather. I agree to provide this Dalmatian with a fenced backyard and will not permit this Dalmatian to run loose outside my yard. I further agree to provide this dog with adequate food, fresh water, shelter, adequate exercise, training and affection at all times. I agree to comply with all state and local laws and ordinances relating to the keeping of this dog, including licensing and leash laws. I will not allow this dog to ride in the open bed of a pick-up truck, nor will I tie him out on the end of a chain.
