Mandy

This sweet and gentle nine year old female has had a hard life. When she entered the Dalmatian Resuce program, she was a bit shy and showed signs of being abused. She had skin problems, kidney disease and a cataract on one eye, but despite all this she was lucky enough to get a second chance.

Mandy found a wonderful home with Lori, a woman who did everything she could to nurse her back to health. From the day Mandy found her forever home in June of 2006 to the day she went to the Rainbow Bridge on October 20, 2006, this special girl had the love and attention she had always deserved. Sadly, despite the best efforts of her veterinarians, Mandy's kidney disease continued to get worse. She was only with us for a year, but she will be in our hearts forever.
